Pink Plush Story
Beauty, skin care, and cosmetics have been a life long interest to our Founder, the creator of Pink Plush. She was highly influenced by her mother who continued to look very young even into her 50’s. From an early age she can remember watching her mother begin her day with her own skin care routine as well as applying her make-up and tying everything together with the perfect outfit. Her mother emphasized the importance of honesty, being respectful, working hard, being healthy, and also making a good impression. After all, people first see your appearance! She received her first set of skin care products from her mom at the age of 13, and she has continued her research and skin care journey ever since. Throughout her teens, she continued to learn and apply her knowledge about skin care and often confused nurses and doctors as an adult because they mistook her for a high school student. This trend continued into her 40’s when people mistakenly thought she was in her 20’s.
During her life long quest of developing the right beauty regimen, she tried a multitude of products in search of skin care products that would enhance her sensitive skin. She enjoyed helping family, friends, and even strangers who asked about her own skin care. She wanted to help more people and so Pink Plush was born!
Pink Plush is a new beauty brand that carries not only skincare and cosmetics but also the fashion/tech accessories to make everyone’s life more fun, bright, comfortable, and with style! Our Founder wanted to create products that could even improve her own regimen so she and her team chose nothing but the best natural, organic, and essential oils to activate each product’s purpose. At Pink Plush, we offer a simple guide so everyone can find and use the products they need with ease. Pink Plush offers a set of products, each formulated to enhance specific areas from the face to specific areas of the body. Pink Plush will help everyone establish a beauty routine to achieve a fresh. vibrant look no matter if you’re relaxing at home or going out for a fun day.
Return and Refund Policy
No Hassle Returns!
We want you to be thrilled with your Pink Plush order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund of the product price. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact support@pinkplush.com for help returning your product. Customers will have to pay the return shipping & re-stocking cost which is calculated by product price and size. Typically that cost is $9.95 and will be confirmed by our customer service.
Orders from Pinkplush.com comes with our 30 day return policy. No fine print or gotchas here! All you have to do is send the product back to us in the original packaging, with the product in the same condition in which we sent it to you (new & unused).
Here is how it works:
Orders from Pinkplush.com can be returned up to 30 days from the original ship date. Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. That means new and in the original packaging.
Your return will be sent to our fulfillment center where, within 5-7 business days, your shipment will be inspected, processed, & re-stocked.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes approximately 7 days. Depending on your credit card company, an additional 2-10 business days may pass before the credit is posted to your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your return is approved, we will refund the original purchase price of the product. Unfortunately, we will not refund any shipping costs.
Our refund policy is exclusively for Pinkplush.com customers. Products purchased from other sellers other than Pinkplush.com, are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.
Shipping only applies within the United States.
