We want you to be happy with your Pink Plush purchase. Products purchased directly from PinkPlush.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Before returning a product, please email support@pinkplush.com to request return instructions. Please do not send a product back without contacting us first.
A $9.95 return-shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. After we verify the issue, Pink Plush will provide appropriate assistance, and the standard return fee will not apply.
After the returned product is received, it will be inspected and processed within 5–7 business days. If the return is approved, the eligible product purchase price—less the applicable $9.95 return fee—will be refunded to the original payment method.
Your financial institution may require an additional 2–10 business days to post the credit to your account.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through PinkPlush.com. Products purchased through HSN or another authorized retailer are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies. Please contact the original retailer for assistance with those orders.
PinkPlush.com currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
